Brandon M. Bendele, RRC, RWC, RRO
Brandon specializes in roofing asset management for large-scale commercial portfolios, supporting property management firms and national operators across retail, supply chain, and cold storage sectors. As the developer of Axis’s proprietary asset management platform, he combines field experience with technology-driven insights to help clients reduce risk, prioritize capital planning, and improve long-term roof performance.

Kyle brings over 15 years of experience in roof consulting, specializing in new and replacement roof installations. As a Program Manager, he oversees projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
He is passionate about quality control and dedicated to sharing his technical knowledge by training and mentoring our technicians, helping maintain the high standards our clients expect.
Brandon Gaither
Program Manager
Brandon serves as a Program Manager supporting national supply chain and cold storage roofing operations, coordinating projects across fast-paced facility networks. He assists with project execution, scheduling, communication, reporting, and quality oversight to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations and project requirements.
In addition to national accounts, Brandon supports local and regional projects through field coordination and operational support. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and hands-on approach help maintain consistency and reliability across every project he supports.
